Sarah has worked with Stephen for twenty years and so has a wealth of experience in all aspects of travel law. She has built firm relationships with many clients over the years and prides herself on going that extra mile to offer the right advice to suit specific clients.

She now focuses mainly on uncontentious work such as drafting documents, general advice on travel law issues and regulatory matters, employment law, and company sales and purchases. She also enjoys helping to market the firm.

She said she was keen to work at Travlaw because: “I felt that these people had a modern, dynamic and forward-thinking approach to legal services and client care. It reflected the way I wanted to work and interact with my clients.”

Career highlight to date? “Some of the company sales and purchases have been very rewarding because I can see I’ve helped to change somebody’s life. Selling an owner-managed business is the culmination of an entrepreneur’s work in building up a company. and holding their hand through that process is a privilege.”

Favourite holiday? “When I went to south Africa just before I got married. It was such a different country than I had ever been to before. An eye-opener and really so beautiful.”

Anywhere you’re longing to go? “South America for the different culture. Canada as well, as I would like to see the Rockies.”

Best piece of law advice? “Get it right in the first place.”
