Trainee Solicitor

Conor, who hails from the North East, joined the firm as a Paralegal before starting his Training Contract in April 2024. He is currently part of our Litigation department, where he regularly advises clients in the travel industry on a wide range of contentious issues, including:
• Compliance with the Package Travel Regulations
• Travel sickness and personal injury claims, with a focus on disputes involving ‘local standards’
• Consumer refund claims following quality-related complaints
• Contractual disputes with suppliers regarding the recovery of funds
• Intellectual property disputes, including trade mark and passing off matters
• Harassment-related claims
• Foreign road traffic accident cases
Outside of work, Conor is passionate about music and attends gigs whenever he gets the chance. He’s also a keen sports fan — though as a Middlesbrough FC supporter, his enthusiasm can sometimes be tested!
