Testimonials

“Regarding the training, every member of the team found the training to be immensely valuable and informative. It has formed the bedrock for how the company approaches customer complaints and legal disputes, and since the training we have achieved consistently positive and successful results, which we attribute in large part to the presentation and exercises we worked through with Connor and yourself.

Complaints, chargebacks, s75’s, and money claims can be daunting at times, however the first-rate training that we have received from Travlaw has been invaluable in shaping our new and confident approach to handling and settling claims. We now have a clear and effective strategy for resolving difficult complaints and legal disputes, and it is incredibly reassuring to know that the quality of training we have received is unrivalled within the travel industry. The training service really has been absolutely fantastic, and we are so grateful that when any issues or questions arise, you are on hand and just an email away to expertly advise.”

Elliot Kilby | Great Rail Journeys

“The team has been fantastic to work with—super responsive, professional, and always on hand to help. The Reg 261 training session was clear, engaging, and incredibly useful. Really impressed with the quality of the training and support throughout!”

Gabriela Kaleja | Norse Atlantic Airways

“Thank you both ever so much for one of the best webinars I’ve attended. I ploughed my way through the mandatory training webinars recently which, to be honest, I found very confusing and difficult to take in so your webinar was truly a breath of fresh air! Great clear concise slides, easy to follow explanations, interesting examples and really excellent delivery – I was very engaged and the 2 hours flew past! I really got a lot out of it and so appreciate your time and efforts in presenting to us!”
