YOUR TRAVEL AND LEISURE LAW TEAM

Competition & Markets Authority

Travlaw have been carefully monitoring the Competition & Markets Authority in terms of their interest in the travel & leisure industry.

The recent activity in respect of accommodation sales has been interesting to say the least, and at the end of last week letters were sent out to over 100 travel businesses relating to package sales also – specifically in respect of the issue of refunds. We have already been approached by a number of clients regarding this letter, an “open” version of which can be found here.

If you have received such a letter and would like to discuss, or are otherwise concerned about the potential impact on your business then please feel free to reach out in confidence to advice@travlaw.co.uk, or at 01132 580033 and one of our dedicated team will be on hand.
